Docentric AX is an add-on that enhances both report printing and output format for AX and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Using extensions, the solution optimizes the design, retrieval, and management of integrated SSRS reports. There are two versions available:

The free version includes improved email, file, and screen targets. A designer for email templates and an optimized print archive.
The full version includes all features of the free version as well as the ability to quickly and scalably generate the reports with Microsoft Word.

As a result, end users and consultants not only have the ability to design the layout themselves, but can do so directly in the production environment, without the help of a developer and without the need for expensive deployment. The developer only helps users when a new field or label is needed. Docentric offers around 35 report templates based on the standard data sources. The user can choose to work with these templates or create their own templates and connect them to the data source from Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. In Word it is possible to dynamically design the reports with fields, labels, images and barcodes from the data source and in different languages. In addition, a preview function allows the user to review and edit the results directly in Word before the template is uploaded to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operation. Those: Docentric
